Terms
- Rent: $1,975 per month, due on the 1st
- Security Deposit: $2,000 (not applied toward rent)
- Lease Term: Month-to-month with 30 days’ notice by either party
- Landscaping: Tenant responsibility (lawn, irrigation, mowing, trimming, weeds, and general upkeep)
- If landscaping is not properly maintained, a $125/month landscaping service fee may apply

- HOA: Property is subject to Plum Creek HOA rules
- Tenant is responsible for understanding and complying with all HOA requirements
- Any HOA fines or violations charged to the owner will be billed to the tenant plus a 30% administrative fee
